Join us on May 4th from 6-8:30p for a curated, in-depth exploration of beer and food with Karl Strauss Brewmaster Paul Segura
This unique experience begins in the heart of our brewpub, the brewery itself! We’ll begin with a hosted happy hour around the tanks with a chance to ask Paul everything you ever wanted to know about brewing beer. Afterwards, we’ll move onto our outdoor patio where you’ll be treated to a selection of tray passed small plates and family-style entrees specially selected and prepared by our Executive chefs to pair with a number of our small batch and rare beers. Throughout the event, we’ll walk you through how our beers pair with each food item, so all you have to do is sip, eat, and enjoy!
Finally, your ticket includes a 24oz bomber of our recent Sierra Nevada collaboration “NxS Red IPA” to take home with you (1 bottle per guest).
