You can earn points by purchasing any of our brewpub food items or Karl Strauss merchandise at our brewpubs. Beer or any alcohol purchases will not accrue points. Lastly, points can only be accrued at our brewpubs for the time being.

Points are a way a member can reach a higher tier in Club Karl (e.g the Brewmasters, The Legends, and The Godfathers). In addition, points also serve as a trigger for rewards that you can redeem at our brewpubs. As referenced above, the more points you earn, the more perks you unlock over time. Therefore, points are not treated as currency.

Yes! In addition to getting exclusive email communications, members of Club Karl have the ability to earn points and unlock rewards like appetizers, desserts, and $25 rewards that they can redeem at our brewpubs. Consider Club Karl as the ultimate Karl Strauss fan experience!

At the end of every calendar year, your points will expire and reset. However, tiers are NOT affected at the end of the calendar year. In other words, your tier will remain unchanged and your tier perks will remain indefinitely.

Yes. When you unlock a reward you will be notified via email with the reward details that includes an expiration date. You can also view the exact expiry date by logging into your account

Your rewards can be found in your wallet within your account. When you are ready to redeem your rewards, head over to any of our brewpubs and redeem your rewards with a crew member (we will ask you to provide the phone number associated with the account). From there, we will look up your info and credit you with your reward!
