FOLLOW THE SUN PILSNER WITH THE JUMBO SHRIMP BOIL

With all the spicy, strong flavors going on in this dish, you’re going to love pairing it with a refreshing Follow the Sun. Our pilsner’s traditional malt flavors don’t overpower the shrimp, and the crisp finish is great for cutting the spice. As for your sticky fingers? Those pair perfectly with moist towelettes (included!)

BEER BITES

CHILI LIME FRIES  Sweet potato fries with chili powder, lime zest, and spicy ranch.
V – No spicy ranch

DOUBLE TRUFFLE FRIES  Parmesan, chopped garlic, rosemary, white truffle oil, and truffle aioli.

CRISPY ORGANIC TOFU  Locally made by San Diego Tofu Dairy. Tossed in honey mustard with sriracha, sesame, cilantro, and spicy mustard.

DUCK FAT PRETZEL BITES  We get ’em local from San Diego Pretzel Company with rosemary, pecorino, and truffle dip.

SHISHITO WATERMELON CRUDO  Blistered shishito peppers tossed in chili spice, with watermelon crudo, lime vinaigrette, feta crumble, pickled onion, and organic California extra virgin olive oil.

GOLDEN BEET BRUSCHETTA  A fresh, light snack made of oven-roasted golden beets, tomato, roasted red peppers, garlic, basil, goat cheese, arugula, balsamic reduction, and wonton chips.

BEER PRETZELS  We get ’em local from San Diego Pretzel Company. Beer spritz, spice-rubbed, with spicy honey mustard and beer cheese dip.

CRISPY BRUSSEL SPROUTS  Beer-brined bacon, crumbled feta, balsamic reduction, and fresh grated pecorino-romano.

ASADA FRIES  Plancha-seared steak*, house-made jalapeño cheese whiz, gorgonzola, avocado-chimichurri, cilantro, and pickled onion.

CHICKEN POBLANO QUESADILLA  Grilled flour tortilla stuffed with pepper jack and cheddar, mesquite-grilled chicken, jalapeño, and poblano peppers. Served with roasted guajillo chili salsa, chipotle sour cream, and cilantro.

BUFFALO WINGS  Our wings are boneless, because bone-in wings are difficult on dates. Blue cheese dipping sauce, carrots, and celery on the side.

SPICY HUMMUS and FLATBREAD  Cilantro, jalapeño, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, red onion, and almonds.
V – Sub celery and carrot sticks for flatbread

WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE CURDS  Crispy panko-crusted cheese curds with smoked paprika Red Trolley aioli for dipping.

AHI POKE  Sashimi-grade chopped Ahi*, tomato, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, tossed in a spicy firecracker sauce, with wonton chips.

B.L.T.A.  Peppered Red Trolley Ale-brined smoked pork belly, heirloom tomato, avocado, habanero jack, wild arugula, frisee, croutons, organic California olive oil, and tarragon vinaigrette.

BEET CAESAR  “Wait…beets? In a Caesar?” Yep, just trust us on this one. Romaine wedge, Caesar dressing, parmesan, crouton crunch, topped with roasted golden beets, tomato, roasted red peppers, garlic, basil, goat cheese, and balsamic reduction drizzle.

V – Sub raspberry-hazelnut vinaigrette for Caesar dressing, no croutons, no parmesan or goat cheese

CHOP SHOP CHICKEN  Gorgonzola, avocado, beer-brined bacon, piquillo and poblano peppers, cilantro, carrots, tomato, corn tortilla strips, romaine, mixed lettuce, and chili Ranch dressing.

SEARED AHI  Organic spring mix, sashimi-grade peppered Ahi*, pickled ginger, wontons, mushrooms, tomato, sesame seeds, firecracker sauce, and citrus vinaigrette.

GREENER PASTURES  Grilled organic tofu and zucchini, piquillo peppers, Tower 10 IPA mushrooms, salsa guajillo, fried cage-free egg*, avocado, peppery greens, sesame, and tahini drizzle.

BEER SAUSAGES  Our specialty beer links are made locally with Tower 10 IPA. A grilled cheddar brat and a chili-chicken link, with garlic sweet potatoes, frisee, arugula, herb oil, pickled onions, and spicy honey-sriracha mustard.

SPICY SHRIMP & GRITS  Pan-seared shrimp, beer deglaze, sriracha butter, cilantro, broccoli, avocado, roasted red peppers, and creamy habanero jack grits.

SPICY TOFU CURRY  Our curry is house-made with locally sourced all natural Thai green curry paste, and simmered in coconut milk with mushrooms, spinach, citrus-glazed crispy organic tofu, and quinoa rice.

QUINOA BOWL  Avocado, tahini-cilantro quinoa rice, steamed broccoli, IPA mushrooms, shredded carrot, pickled onion, spicy chili sauce, and sesame seeds.

Our Tiramisu is made with Wreck Alley Imperial Stout soaked ladyfingers, dusted with cocoa powder, and served with chocolate and Red Trolley Ale caramel sauce.

Warm Granny Smith apples, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries, with butter-pecan crumb topping, and vanilla bean ice cream.
