Ceviche with a B? That’s a Peruvian twist to the south of the border staple! The tropical flavors in the cebiche play off Windansea’s unique banana & clove flavor profile. The beer’s refreshing finish tempers the slight spice in the citrusy leche de tigre sauce, and matches the sweetness from the fresh fruits.

Windansea Wheat A centuries old strain of German weissbier yeast gives our Bavarian-style Hefeweizen its trademark banana and clove flavors that linger through a refreshingly smooth finish.

This brewery restaurant is located in the heart of Universal CityWalk adjacent to Universal Studios in Los Angeles. This location features an onsite microbrewery that produces a revolving selection of special release beers to pair with our West Coast pub fare.
