Restaurant Management
Location: Costa Mesa, CityWalk, and San Diego locations

We invite qualified candidates to apply who have progressive managerial experience in a freestanding, high-volume restaurant environment, with excellent time management skills and P&L knowledge. Back office accounting, excellent customer service and communication skills are a must. We are looking for leaders who are “hands on” teachers and know how to build a solid and stable team within a structured company environment. Management is also responsible for supporting and implementing company policies, procedures and decisions while working on their personal management development.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum 2 years previous full service high-volume restaurant management experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
BA degree preferred
Professional and proficient verbal and written communication skills
Back office P.O.S. operating systems and general accounting practices

 

 

Lead Line Cook
Location: Costa Mesa Brewery Restaurant

Position Summary
The Lead Line Cook is responsible for managing and operating the kitchen in the absence of the Restaurant Chef. This position requires training and experience.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Current Food Handler’s Card
Minimum 2 years kitchen management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment
High School degree or equivalent is required
Successful completion of Serve Safe training program
Successful completion of Sous Chef testing
