Sharing The Beer
Each year, we support hundreds of charitable events through our community partnerships and donations program. These events run the gamut between large festivals and street fairs to art exhibits and independent film premiers. As a brewery, we’re committed to supporting non-profit organizations that aid the arts, the environment, action sports, and independent music, while continuing to cultivate awareness and promote Southern California’s vibrant and growing craft beer community.

Q: Can you donate beer to my organization if we don’t have a 501c3 or 501c6 tax ID #?
A: Unfortunately, no. The state of California requires that all beer donations be made to tax exempt organizations.
Q: Do I need a license to sell donated beer at my event?
A: Yes, the state of California requires that non-profit organizations acquire a 1-day license to sell alcoholic beverages.

A: As a brewery, we’re committed to only donating our beer in support of non-profits.
