New Bottling Line + Brewery Expansion= More Beer for all

Our mission in life is to make fresh, quality handcrafted beer available to all in Southern California. After two years of planning and construction, our one of a kind two-story bottling line and brewery expansion will help us share more beer than ever before. We can now bottle 6-packs and 22’s of core beers, seasonals, and small batch special releases, and we’ve doubled our brewing capacity to 61,000 barrels.

Bottom line: better beer for everybody, and more of it. Cheers to that.

Bottling Line Highlights:
-Unique two-story design
-Double pre-evac, 32 valve Meyer’s filler, rated at 350 bottles per minute
-Sterile filtration system maintains freshness and handcrafted characteristics of our beer
-Crowner seals bottles with pry off caps, ensuring beer freshness from brewery to consumer. .

Brewery Expansion Highlights:
-Five 240-barrel fermenters growing our fermentation capacity to 2,560 barrels
-Two 120-barrel bright tanks allow for a 475 barrel capacity
-New filter doubles our filtering capacity
-New, energy efficient equipment, including a new glycol chiller, new boiler, and all new energy efficient lighting
-Siemens BrauMat computer system allows us to monitor the temperature of each tank in the brew house. Ensures greater consistency and quality from batch to batch.
