Ken Joudrey - Illustrator
Ken Joudrey was born and raised in Canada and came south in 1979 to attend Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. It was here that he noticed a nice side benefit, a place where it did not snow for 8 months out of the year. But, after graduating AC, Ken left for New York City to begin his career in illustration. He started freelancing for the New York Times and doing bookcovers for Simon and Schuster etc. He met his wife in New York City and moved back to her hometown of San Diego with their daughter. Today he lives in Old Escondido. His favorite beers are Karl Strauss (even before he did the label).
