Our blonde Oktoberfest has a distinct maltiness, which dominates slightly over a clean hop profile. It’s the Vienna malts in this celebratory lager which produce defined toasty and slightly nutty malt flavors. Perle hops, imported from the Hallertau District of Bavaria, are the perfect backdrop, providing some spiciness without overpowering the delicious breadiness of the malts. These hops remain only slightly noticeable in the finish, which is smooth and dry. We release this beer once a year, just in time for Oktoberfest.
